This course introduces the student artist to the fundamentals of Autodesk Flame. It is designed for artists with little or no previous exposure to Flame. The course introduces key interface components, media management, editing, color correction, keying, tracking and compositing in Action.

Autodesk Smoke 101 on Mac OS X (3-Day Class)
Autodesk Flame or Autodesk Smoke Level Two (5-Day Classes)
Autodesk Smoke 201 on Mac OS X (2-Day Class) These courses are designed to address the Mac-based workflow. For the experienced editor/compositor, Smoke 101 provides a proper introduction to the Smoke timeline and finishing methodology. Smoke 201 focuses on advanced tools for compositing and graphics.
These courses are designed to take an experienced artist to a more advanced level of understanding and usage with the core system components. Elements covered include Colour Warper, Modular Keyer, advanced tracking, complex timelines with soft effects, Batch workflow and advanced techniques in Action.
